Pole Fitness Class – Beginner

For beginner level only – no inverted tricks will be taught in this class.

Instructions

Wear comfortable clothes/gym wear, preferably shorts if possible, or trousers that can be rolled up if needed for legs gripping the pole.
Trainers, bare feet or just socks – ur preference.

Bring Water to keep hydrated – available to buy at the studio if you forget.
