Conditioning ‘4’ Pole Classes

Strength and conditioning class using the pole.

This is a 30 minute Hit/Meta-fit workout style class and is aimed to get you physically fitter and stronger for pole.

This class will help improve your technique at the Pole Fitness Classes when learning tricks.

Expect to be a little sweaty! Lol

All pole levels are welcome – the instructor will demonstrate variations for all levels.

Instructions

Wear comfortable clothes/gym wear, preferably shorts if possible, or trousers that can be rolled up if needed for legs gripping the pole.
Trainers, bare feet or just socks – ur preference.

Bring Water to keep hydrated – available to buy at the studio if u forget.
