Pole Fitness Class – Mixed Level

Details

This is a mixed level class in which all levels are welcome.

Each person will have their own pole, no sharing!

The instructor will lead the warm up at the start of the class and a cool down before the end.
In between times the instructor will teach pole tricks and combos to each person depending on their level and ability.

Instructions

Wear comfortable clothes/gym wear, preferably shorts if possible, or trousers that can be rolled up if needed for legs gripping the pole.
Trainers, bare feet or just socks – ur preference.

Bring Water to keep hydrated – available to buy at the studio if u forget.
