Boxercise

Details

Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent or being hit! It is a fun, challenging, high intensity workout which is fantastic for stress busting and generally being a bad ass. This class is accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

Instructions

On arrival all students will be required to wash their hands.
Please bring a face covering as you will need to walk through the hallway passing several business’s to get into the studio. You do not need to wear it in the studio unless you want to. Please bring bare minimum belongings with you.

🥊 Gloves and focus pads are provided in the class. If you have your own then please feel free to bring them. The equipment in the studio is regularly cleaned 🧼. Due to this being a high intensity class water is advisable. As you will get sweaty 🥵
